Data Deletion Request
You're in control of your data. Here's how to delete your PetMyDear account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete from the app
The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly in the PetMyDear app. Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, pet profiles, reminders, notes, and care history.
Request by email
Prefer to request deletion another way? Email us at support@petmydear.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please send it from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your request.
