Is PetMyDear free?
Yes. PetMyDear is free to download and use. Core features including pet profiles, reminders, care notes, and daily routines are available at no cost.
Can I manage multiple pets?
Yes. You can add unlimited pet profiles and switch between them with one tap. PetMyDear is designed for households with multiple dogs, cats, or a mix of both.
Is Ask AI a veterinary service?
No. Ask AI provides educational and informational guidance only. It is not a veterinary service and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. For any health concern, consult a licensed veterinarian.
How do reminders work?
You set a reminder for any care task — feeding, medication, grooming, vet visits, vaccinations, or a custom task. The app sends a notification at your chosen time on a schedule you control. Reminders can be one-time or recurring.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings under Account → Delete Account. You can also submit a request through our Data Deletion Request page.
How is my data protected?
